They are impossible to get a hold of when they need to come back and address the issues, just keep promising to remedy the problems and never show up. Save yourself the anxiety and hassles, because after you pay for the work, you'll likely be ignored regarding any defects you might notice. Very unprofessional customer service and I'm highly disappointed with how they treat their clients.
