Handy 4 You

Our toilet started leaking this week, and since we live in a condo, we needed to get it fixed quick to avoid damage to the suite below. Glen responded quickly and arranged to be there in pretty short order. We appreciated his great communication, too. He diagnosed the problem quickly and seems to have fixed the problem. He charged us about what he suggested it would cost. That was probably less than a plumber would have charged, but a bit more than I was expecting. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

Glen was very helpful. He communicated well, met all commitments and did a great job. I had been saving up 'handyman' type jobs for quite awhile and I was very pleased with the work Glen did.

Glen was very professional and meticulous from the start to the cleanup. He called in advance with his charges, arrived at the scheduled time, gave me valuable advice, and completed the requested work in a friendly manner.

This is the second time we have used Glen to help us fix a variety of items in and around our home.

Glen did a fantastic job for us the first time, and this time we had another great experience with Glen.

We had a laundry list of items for Glen to fix, and he was able to help us with all of them. They included everything from replacing our front door handle and lock, to changing hard to reach halogen lights, to fixing our office desk drawers, to even fixing our daughter's diaper genie!

We could not recommend Glen more highly. He is like a Swiss Army knife in that he has the skills to help with almost any issue you face around the house. His work is reliable, his is punctual and courteous, and his pricing is fair.

Glen was easy to contact and although busy, was easy to arrange a time for him to do the work. He showed up on time and did a great job. He also advised me what options I had or if certain things needed doing for some of the jobs. thanks Glen!

Glen got a 10 from me just for showing up, on time, everytime! My experience with 'handy people' has been they just don't show up period. Glen has been our go-to handyman for several years. We compile a list and when it has several things, we call Glen.
This time it was urgent that the stove vent cover be replaced because it had been blown off in the big storm and we need it replaced before the next rain. Glen squeezed us in and came a couple of days later. While he was here, he also cleared most or current list of small jobs.
Glen is good, fast and leaves everyththing cleaned up.. Also a very nice guy.

Glen is very personable. We hired him to fix-up the door framing on the outside of our house at the front door. It was weathered, but he made it ship shape in short order. He also helped with a leaky faucet and loose handle on our storm door. In fact, he had finished the job and was paid... packing away his tools... but, returned to help with the storm door. I'm not sure other guys would have done that?

Glen is great! My sunken sink was too sunken (caulking had come unglued) and my dishwasher had also come unhinged. He fixed them both with custom-made braces and they're as sturdy as ever. While he was there I asked him to install some shelves and shave down a door, which he did quickly and efficiently.

$220 for a few hours work including materials. Glen was also really nice to talk to and fun to have around. He navigated downtown traffic - some contractors refuse to service the downtown core. He brought drop cloths and cleaned up. I'll definitely hire him again.

Glen was fantastic. He was very professional and his workmanship is clean and perfect. Glen replaced a counter, sink and faucets in the bathroom, as well as a new kitchen faucet. He also replaced a toilet. Glen was very neat and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.
