If you want to live in nightmare for the rest of your life, you can go ahead and sign contract with Home By AVI. When you are looking for a new home, and talk to their associates, you may find pretty interesting and may sign contract with them right away. Once you sign contract, your nightmare starts. The nightmare does not end at all. Their construction quality is the worst of all. They don't have anyone to supervise the construction work. They leave all works in workers hand. Cracks in concrete walls and floors are common. Just before handing over the home, they will patch the cracks and hide from you (you may not notice if you don't understand construction). Even if you see cracks, they will tell you that it is common. You will be fixing everything by yourself. If you don't understand construction/engineering, you should not be going to their sales office. They have wonderful sales associates ready to trap you. You should rather spend few $ more and buy from others. I am a civil engineer, and I found very hard to absorb the quality of construction by Home by AVI.

In your review, you mention that we 'don't have anyone to supervise the construction work'. To the contrary, Homes by Avi adheres to a strict 6-step quality control process. We are also legally bound to regular inspections from city officials at various stages of the construction process. That being said, you also have a two-year warranty period to ensure that everything is functioning properly.
