AC Install Nightmare continues: mouse infestation
Filled house with all appliances from trail and was satisfied so got a garage heater...water softener...tankless hot water...then decided to get furnace and Ac....nightmare. after several callbacks we still finally have it working how we want with no problems. 2 years later we start seeing mice in the house. After treatment we found the entry point - the ac equipment coming in the side of the house has gaps exposing easy entry. As a former contractor I just cant beleive they did not at least caulk or foam it. It has cost us almost 700 dollars and we still need to get in there with a permanent fix.
Make sure you ensure this doesnt happen to you when purchasing an ac install.

To be honest, it is a little difficult to believe that your mouse infestation is related to our install of an air conditioner from 2 years ago based on the two pictures and service ticket from the exterminator you provided when we contacted you. If you truly believed it to be what happened then perhaps a direct call to us may have been warranted and we would have responded the same way we have now - We have arranged for a tech to attend your home and do an inspection. If we find an issue we will address it even if it is not due to the install. Trail take cares of our customer and you are still considered to be one.
