We went to Grand Alarms to get our Alarm and wiring set up. The customer representative, "Mary Spadafina" was very helpful and patient with our questions. She gave us great advice that led to good decisions.

I had my alarm system installed a few months ago. The gentleman who installed my alarm was very knowledgeable and professional.
Any account service enquiries have been dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner by Amanda at the Grand Alarms head office.

The telephone line pass through the alarm system before it is feeded to the house. When the telephone company tested the phone line it was discovered that after 3 calls the phone line will ring as a fax line. If the phone line is not hooked up to the alarm
Fara Fathy from Grand Alarms arranged for an appointment with the technician within 24 hrs. Fara is a very helpful and courteous person. Grand Alarms is very lucky to have such a person working for them. The issue has been resolved and I can say that I am very satisfied with the way the issue was handled. Thanks again Fara!

Recently I need to switch my home phone from rogers to vbuzzer. There is a cabling change I can't do it by myself. After speaking to Grand Alarms representative named FARA FATHY and her supervisor REZA ABADI, they send a technician at the same day. And it's for free.

That's so sweat, isn't it?

I do remember last time I did a alarm system test without notice to grand alarms, they called me back within 1 mins and let me know the potential risk that I might have.

Melinda Luckasavitch was helpful investigating a "Yellow" Trouble Light on our keypad and scheduled a service to have a technician come to our home to adjust our VoIP Internet Phone with our Grand Alarm. Grand Alarm technician came to install the second keypad. It required to flush the wire and was pretty complicated but the job done by Grand Alarm Technician him was very very professional and clean.
