Alarm Systems review in
I moved to Brampton earlier this year and was nervous to be in a new neighbourhood. Grand Alarms was recommended by a friend and I haven't regretted my decision to this day! The gentleman who came out to set up the system was professional, patient and explained everything to me in detail and didn't leave until all my questions were answered and I felt confident with my new system. Melinda in Customer Service was very helpful in Collecting & Updating my Grand Alarms Account & Contact Information. Melinda was professional in handling the updates as well as sensitive in offering suggestions regarding further updates. I am happy with my Grand Alarms services & would recommend to family & friends.
