Alarm Systems review in
I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service and she was helpful in
discussing my Grand Alarms Account details. Melinda apologized
for not effectively communicating the Cancellation Procedure and
provided me with her direct contact information so that I can call
about my account & if she is not able to answer my questions she
will guide me to the right person and she followed up with a an email. Very satisfied with Melinda and her positive attitude even with my frustration she talked to me and was calm and worked with the situation and found a positive resoulition in then end.
