I have been a customer with Grand Alarms for the past 4 years. Their customer service department and in particular the agent I spoke to, Amanda Powar, wanted to make sure I was happy with my service and would do whatever they could to make sure I was satisfied. Amanda is very knowledable, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Companies need more people like her. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Grand Alarms. Keep up the great work!
