I am with Grand Alarms for last 6 years. I have no problem with their service.
I have called to renewal for my service and their rep. Silvana Russo took care off everything. She offer to upgarde to my service. They perform checks on the system and extended warranty for the equipment at no charge. I have no complaint for their service. Very prompt and timeliness.
