Joe was awesome! He was prompt, thorough, and patient in finding the source of our mouse problem. He came the same day I called him -- on a Sunday! -- and he scanned the entire house and took photos to identify the problem, and then returned a few days later to fix it. Two weeks later, he made a follow-up phone call to make sure we were mouse-free, and we were very happy to report that we were -- and still are.
Joe's excellent service came as a great relief after dealing with apathetic and ineffective service from Aetna.

I could see the problem the moment I knocked on your front door to assess the mouse problem. The issue required carpentry and was related to work which was conducted by a previous trade. In the end the opening was large enough for raccoons to enter, let alone mice. I'm truly happy that I closed this opening when I did because of the real potential for a much larger problem.
