I contacted Max to replace my Tankless water heater boiler unit. Max provided me with 3 quotes for 3 different options. I found the quote to be very competitive. I received quote from other competitors as well. He provided me the lowest price in the market. Max was very professional throughout the process and explained me every step of it properly.

The technician name Jimmy from For Savings Home Inc came on time on scheduled installation day. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He completed the installation process on time with his team. My heating was not working after the installation process, I called back Jimmy and he came back within 3 days to fix it. He called the manufacturer to fix the issue and the system is working perfectly since then.

I am happy with the services they provided me. I had a minor issue with the company; The unit I asked them to install was Navien NPE 240A but they brought Navien NPE 210A model on the installation day which has little bit less BTU. Max told me that he confirmed with the supplier that NPE 210A will work and he adjusted the price. Max also mentioned that he picked up the wrong unit by mistake. That was the only concern I have with my installation. I am hoping that my unit will perform properly in the winter months.
