Feb. 2013: Terrible service. No snow removal for close to 48 hours - in fact, the snow is still two feet high in our laneway. I would NOT recommend using this company. Unprofessional and unresponsive. I am dissatisfied with the level of service this year, and disappointed (last year, they were not put to the test due to the low level of snow). I have two infants, and having this level of snow in front of the house makes it impossible for me to leave the house with the strollers. Only use this company if you do NOT want your snow cleared after a storm.
