I Called Deluxe Alarms, and spoke with Amanda Powar, I was looking for accessories for our Central Vac which was installed by Deluxe Alarms three years ago. Amanda quickly located our history and located the right accessories for our unit. The parts were available immediately, and I picked them up the same day!
