I’ve used Deluxe Alarms for the past five years, and recently contacted them to inquire about renewal. Silvana Russo was extremely helpful in providing me with various options to consider. She arranged for their technicians to install some additional features I requested and was very accommodating in scheduling the appointment to fit my availability. Silvana took the time to listen and to make appropriate arrangements. This is what I consider to be excellent customer service.
