Renewal of the service contract of my alarm system

I have been using Deluxe Alarm System for 5 years. It is reliable and the control centre is also very helpful.
The current service contract is going to expire soon and I have decided to get it renewed.
Silvana & Melinda of Deluxe Alarm System were helping me on the renewal of this contact. They provide me with a number of options and suggest me not to use VoIP phone with any alarm system.
They understand what I need and provide me with the right solution. Besides that a technican is going to check my alarm system and replace the backup battery in my home before the contract is renewed.
