I called Elite to fix my oven which wasn't heating after a self clean cycle. The technician came and diagnosed it within minutes. He then proceeded to take apart the oven for close to TWO HOURS, during which he was on the phone with his supervisor getting step by step instructions. As he was leaving, he mentioned the support in the wall oven broke when he put it back in and I would need to fix that before they replaced the broken thermostat. He left my oven weighing down on the drawer below with the support beam somewhere lost inside. I told him he can't leave it like that and he needs to fix it. He put his supervisor on the phone with mewho told me it wasnt their fault but my kitchen installer's fault. They refused refused to take any responsibility. He said the tech wasn't comfortable taking oven out himself and they needed a 2nd person, which they would be happy to send for an additional service fee bc I needed 2 men. When I said that it doesn't make sense for me to have to pay now for 2 men plus repairman, he said it was manufacturers problem or kitchen guy, not theirs. At no point did he ever say sorry. He was inflexible the entire time and kept repeating it wasnt their fault. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism and such terrible customer service. This took close to 3 hours and so much aggravation. I still have no working oven and now need to hire a repairman for support and another oven repair company. DON'T CALL ELITE APPLIANCES
