Recently bought new Samsung fridge and had some issues with it. Service and warranty from Samsung was horrible. They finally directed me to Elite and they took care of all the problems very efficiently and professional. Michael serviceman was very kind and professional. Work order number 143785

I had some issue's with my Samsung Fridge and i contacted Samsung customer service for the fix,
They connected me to Elite appliances for the repair,
Elite appliance was quick enough to set up an appointment and fix my Fridge, technician was smart enough to find the actual fault and he replaced the defective part professionally, i would highly recommend elite appliance for a quick fix.

Initial appointment time and address was messed up so serviceman left. I called and another man came 7 hours later. Frank did a good job of finding the problem and returned another day to replace the part. Good job !

I called Elite to fix my oven which wasn't heating after a self clean cycle. The technician came and diagnosed it within minutes. He then proceeded to take apart the oven for close to TWO HOURS, during which he was on the phone with his supervisor getting step by step instructions. As he was leaving, he mentioned the support in the wall oven broke when he put it back in and I would need to fix that before they replaced the broken thermostat. He left my oven weighing down on the drawer below with the support beam somewhere lost inside. I told him he can't leave it like that and he needs to fix it. He put his supervisor on the phone with mewho told me it wasnt their fault but my kitchen installer's fault. They refused refused to take any responsibility. He said the tech wasn't comfortable taking oven out himself and they needed a 2nd person, which they would be happy to send for an additional service fee bc I needed 2 men. When I said that it doesn't make sense for me to have to pay now for 2 men plus repairman, he said it was manufacturers problem or kitchen guy, not theirs. At no point did he ever say sorry. He was inflexible the entire time and kept repeating it wasnt their fault. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism and such terrible customer service. This took close to 3 hours and so much aggravation. I still have no working oven and now need to hire a repairman for support and another oven repair company. DON'T CALL ELITE APPLIANCES

I used Elite Appliance to replace a bottom liner on an Electrolux oven. I had baked aluminum foil onto the bottom of the oven; one thing I’ve learnt is never leave aluminum foil on your Oven bottom! The Technician had to almost completely dismantle the exterior pieces to get at the part and it was not easy. All through the process he kept me informed as to the probability of being able to complete the job and gave me the option of bailing out and closing up the oven. He remained positive about the outcome, and at the end of two hours had it completed. I am very happy with the repair. VERY NICE JOB!!!
