My oven had an issue where it wasn’t heating. Tech came by with the part and noticed there was a manufacturers warranty and could get me authentic LG parts and worked to make that happen. After installing it he discovered there was another issue and worked hard to expedite that part to get it fixed ASAP.
They communicated throughout this whole process so we weren’t constantly wondering where everything was.
