Items Freezing in the fridge Work Order# 422533
Melvin the service Tech was by 3 times to repair my Kitchen Aid Fridge which was freezing food items. He replaced 3 parts. This fridge is still under warrenty. Melvin said that the cost of all these calls were close to $1000.00 The fridge is still broken. I called the office to get Melvin to come back and was told the Ticket is closed and to call Whirlpool Canada. Thank god I didn't actually pay this company any money.
Melvin needs more training. Whirlpool sent another Tech from a different company, he made a temprature adjustment in the setting mode, and said that the last Tech missed this adjustment.
This was my experiance with Elite Appliance Service.
