Flat Rate Fee is $349.75 - Expensive, Hard to Reach Mangement

Oven thermostat replacement cost is $268.13 for the part, Flate Fee total is $349.75
Tried to get an answer why it cost so much, management (sales Manager) replied by short Email , "because there is a gas pipe and your stove is dual fuel, " that was the office Customer Service experience.
Technician was told to call me to explain the cost, they reduced flat fee by $50. But I have to move the range out and back in.
Just be aware of costs built in. Excessive
