Electrolux Condensation/Freezing Issue
Ref Work Order #: 344704: I would highly recommend Elite Appliance or use them in the future if any of my appliances need to be serviced (knock on wood they don’t). Conan, my service tech, arrived right on time - I was given a window of 11am-2pm, and sure enough I got a text at 10:30am saying he’d be there in half hour and he was! I really appreciated that I didn’t have to spend my day waiting.
Furthermore, Conan was a really nice guy and very knowledgeable/professional. He immediately recognized the fridge I had and the most common issues that can occur with it. He serviced the collection tray and drainage pipe, as well as fixed the fan to circulate temperature evenly throughout the fridge.
Great, friendly service, would recommend if you’re having troubles with any of your kitchen appliances.
