I have gas range . Gas range key bord was not working so call Samsung and they send the tachnison. Tachnison look and check after cheking tachnison tall us he has to order part. Once they get part tachnison change the key bord. like the service was fantastic. They are so good . especially tachnison was profesnal. They on time .
