Everything went well at first. The reno was looking beautiful. The kitchen floor and counter top are beautiful and were completed in a timely manner. Then, Peter was short a tile to finish the bathroom contrast. He promised to return with the tile to finish the job. He did not return. After months of full voice mails, leaving messages without callbacks, Peter arrived and installed the one tile. I did not see his work until after its completion. The new tile is obviously not a match for the rest. The stones are a different size and colour from the others. I am upset that he tried to pass off one that was totally different and never mentioned a word. After dozens of more attempts to reach Laura, I have had no response. I am stuck with an unfinished bathroom with an ungrouted tile and because the tile is so obviously different, it stands out and ruins the look of my new bathroom. Lesson learned here is do not pay the full bill until the job is complete. Certainly not satisfaction here! Customer service is totally lacking. Do not be fooled by the reviews which state everything went smoothly. If they make a mistake, they do not stand by it. A contract means nothing to them. Neither does customer service.
