Heating & Air Conditioning review in

Our old AC died after 12 years and we called Convertible to install a new Carrier 2 ton for us. Called on a Tuesday and was quoted Thursday install. We then received a call saying they'd be here Wednesday (the next day!!).
This the third time we've used Convertible as they also replaced our old furnace and, earlier, our hot water tank.. I wouldn't consider anyone else for our HVAC requirements.
Both the inside sales staff and the installers are knowledgeable, punctual and friendly.
