When are old AC unit packed it in my wife and I reached out to the folks at Convertible for a new 2 ton unit. Grant, who gave us a very competitive quote over the phone, was knowledgeable and courteous.
He was graciously able to schedule us a quick installation date on this hot week.
The crew that were dispatched (Brandon and Josh) were very efficient and personable. They worked well together and explained to us all the features of the unit and kept us in the loop step by step during the install. All in all a good purchase from a reputable company. We are pleased we went with Convertible Heating and AC.
