Our air conditioner died and we needed a new replacement. I contacted multiple agencies, and Chris was very quick in getting back to me.
He came over the very next day to check things out. Gave a great quote, fully explaining the government rebate and all related stuff...
All went well except the installer need to work on his customer services skills. He was upset when we asked him questions or watching him doing the work. Everything else went well.
