Convertible Air were a fantastic company to deal with. I made an appointment to have an in home consultation and was lucky enough to have someone available later on that day. Michael showed up and he could jot have been more of a professional straight up sales representative. He responded quickly to my requests for different quotes with different equipment. The pricing was super competetive and reasonable. We ended up selecting the upgraded American Standard system (quoted at my request, Michael suggested a less expensive system by Goodman which would have been a suitable replacement.)
The installation was scheduled a few days after the quotes were reviewed and accepted. Convertible uses their own in house installers rather than contracting the work out. The team that showed up were polite, funny and professional. They worked from 9 am until the install was finished roughly after three. Everything was cleaner after they left than before they arrived!
I will definitely be recommending anyone I know in need of any hvac work to call Convertible air for a quote!
