Had my air conditioner go out one of the hottest day of the year. With a seven month old son, this could be a dangerous situation. I called Convertible early in the morning and received a call shortly after from Raj, one of their technicians. Raj arrived and resolved the issue in under 20 minutes. Amazing job! Ray & Son, it is with joy and total pleasure that we receive this note. It makes us feel wonderful to help others, especially the little ones. Thank you calling convertible when in need, we will never let you down. Not with excellent staff like RAJ on board. He has been with us since he was 16 working under his fathers wing, and now his father has retired from Convertible and Raj has been full time with us for almost 15 years now. Time flies!
