Excellent customer service . Sam was very knowledgeable, personable and knew exact pricing (very reasonable). The servicemen arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They ensured that all work was completed professionally. I was kept abreast of everything done and when installation was complete a full inspection was again carried out and I was given a full visual review of the installation. I would most definitely recommend Convertible to anyone needing heating and/or air conditioning work done.
