Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning replaced my parents furnace recently and they did a fantastic job. Marnie, one of the owners, took the time on a Friday late evening to explain which furnaces would best be suited for their home and did so patiently and in great detail. She was wonderful to deal with and their prices were very competitive.
On install day, the 2 techs that came were professional, courteous and took time to explain their work which was done extremely well. They take great pride in their work and it shows.
Would definitely recommend and use again!

Tony, the pleasure was ALL mine. I absolutely loved your parents, and really enjoyed speaking with you too. When you said you learned everything about business from your dad, I knew we'd get along well. I promised you we would look after them, and we did. We appreciate your review very much and I hope your mothers' eye surgery was a success, it was nice to know she could come home to a warm home finally after dealing with your grumpy old furnace!
