My parents had a watercooled ac unit that had to be removed and replaced. The first time the technicians arrived, they had trouble removing the freon in the old ac unit. They couldn't get the freon removed, but was nice to not charge my parents for this mishap.
After the freon was evacuated from another contractor, the installers came back and installed the new Amana AC unit. The installation wasn't bad, but definitely they could have done a better job cleaning up at the end. Overall, the service was good and nice. The technician did forget to leave the ac manual with the install, which my parents are still waiting for.
They were prompt with the install, and everything went well after the initial mishap. Thanks Convertible!

Hi Jackie, thank you for your review, I apologize for the delay. We are going through all homestars reviews to ensure we didn't miss any. In the end we did a great installation for you, the old water cooled ac needed a special gauge which are not used today that much, which is why they had to come back. And just so you know, AC's don't come with and owners manual. Only furnaces do. AC's are high voltage full of explosive refrigerant, there is nothing for a homeowner to do to it. Thus, there is no manual ever left behind on an AC.
