Convertible came highly recommended to us for quality craftmanship and a fair price, I can honestly say that was my experience with this company. Job was done but they wouldnt take the cardboard and stipped the screws on the furnace, not thrilled

Thank you for your honest feedback. I am glad you were happy with the installation, we usually do take the cardboard boxes, I apologize that they did not. Regarding the screws, I do remember speaking to David our technician shortly after this happened and he said they were damaged from the factory and he couldn't open the furnace door without putting a little pressure on it to open. If they are still problematic, please call our store anytime.
