I appreciate being educated on background information when buying a new product. Chris was awesome, and happily answered all my (thousands) of questions about all three products, the install and offered solutions that worked for me. He even offered to correct a few issues with the set up that I don't think any other company would have offered. Regarding install, Adam was beyond any expectations. By far the most professional and experienced person I have met in the industry. He did a clean professional job, took the time to make sure that it was the absolute best install possible for my space. No corner was cut, everything looks and functions great. And both Adam and Adam (his colleague) were a pleasure to deal / work with. Thanks for an amazing job at a great price!
