New Air Conditioner Installation
Workers came on promised day,installed on time, all doubts were clarified and queries were answered in professional manner. Price of equipment plus installation is quiet competitive. I think ,I got one of the best price. I know I am provided with 10 year warranty on the equipment by the manufacturer, but I am not very much clear about the warranty on labour. I was told ,I will be given 10 year labour warranty, but on what condition, I was not told. But if I review the price and promptness of service from Convertible ,at present
I am satisfied.

I'm sorry you were un-clear about warranties, we strive to be overly informative regarding every product we sell. Also, in an ongoing effort to make this clear, we print it on your invoice in big orange print on the front for easy reading. Please feel free to call our office anytime at 416-503-8188. The warranty for parts (on all brands) is 10 years parts with online registration and 1 year labour. However, for those who do their due diligence set out by the mfg's rules (such as cleaning and safety inspections) we, with support of the manufacturer favour those clients with our free labour for 10 years as well. We notify you by mail on your anniversary date to ensure you know your options and can choose what you'd like to do.
