HVAC - installing heating and air conditioning units
We had a brand new furnace and air conditioner installed by Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. Marnie was extremely knowledgeable on helpful in thoroughly explaining what we needed to do, what they were going to do, how much it would all cost, how long it would take to do it, etc. She even drew diagrams for us to help us understand what she was talking about. She explained the different type of units available and helped us determine which one suited our needs the best. She was even helpful in letting us know we qualified for a rebate that we wouldn't have known otherwise. She saved us $2,000!
Also, our last bill was 50% less than the same bill was the month prior!
The technicians were also very very good and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure they didn't leave any traces or messes after they were done. They also followed up with us to make sure all was running smoothly.
I would highly recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking to replace their unit. They came to me on my neighbour's recommendation and I am so glad they did.
