4 bathroom renovations and basement flooring replacement
Our house is 20 years old and after kids and dogs it was in need of a reno. We chose to completely redo 2 of the 4 bathrooms and upgrades to the other 2, along with complete replacement of all the flooring in the walkout basement.
What impressed us the most was how Herb and his men were always on time (even early) and did a fantastic job cleaning up at the end of each day. Their workmanship and attention to detail was excellent and even when things did not go exactly as planned ( the “oh oh moment!”) Herb took charge and reassured us that he would deal with it quickly and properly; and true to his word he did. Another impressive point was not paying until we were completely happy with results. The final cost was very close to the original estimate and Herb passed on his contractors discount that he received from vendors without marking it up. I know we will have more renovations in the future and it will be done with Herb and Mark's crew. Thanks for the great job. Jim Coughlan
