Cousins Drain Contractors No Longer In Business

My experience with Michael Cousins was very much like RV of North York. Michael is very well spoken and comes off as a totally sincere, honest guy. We hired him to do some drain repair and he wrote up a very nice contract. It's only later that we found it was worthless unless we were prepared to go thru the difficult process of taking him to court. He missed appointments, had constant excuses, and then simply stopped answering calls to complete the work he started and never finished. The work we can see is so poor that my concern now is for the work he said was done underground that we cannot see.
