Alex and his team have been really great to deal with. I was originally recommended to them by The Reno Coach, and im glad i wss. Tgey were EXTREMELY patient with me with my tears long project, and saw it through to fruition on my protracted timeline, yet always very respo side from there end. Couldn't asasl for better service.

Alex did designs for an extensive renovation we undertook on a small bungalow in Etobicoke. We added an extension and second floor. We also had him back to do some detailed designs in the basement as well as a 3D model for a fireplace surround. Very approachable, experienced, and responsive. You won't be disappointed. Good planning is key to being happy with the end result and it helps to have experienced partners like Alex and his team.

We have asked for quote and consultation with a couple of architect design companies to remodel our bungalow from bottom to top. Finally, we chose Cadaxx Design with Alex Axelrod because of his instant response, knowledge and reasonable price. We are also very impressed with the transparent and straight communication of the payment by website online. We have made some back and forth change of the design and even after the 1st pan has been approved by the city. He has shown great patience and accommodated the change under the restriction of small space of the bungalow. Finally, we have our dream plan approved with 4 Bedroom/4 washrooms all with showers:) We are very satisfied with Alex's job and his office staff as well such as Stacie who has assisted us lot on the smooth communications for HVAC plan design and permit process. would like to recommend Cadaxx to my friends.

We contacted Alex on the referral of our builder. From the beginning he was responsive and very clear on his prices. He offered proactive solutions when issues came up and even found a way for us to get what we wanted and avoid COA. Great service, clear invoicing and permits ahead of schedule. I had Alex draw up plans to convert my basement to a basement apartment. He was very responsive when it came to making changes to the design. He even gave us multiple layouts, one which we hadn't thought of and it saved us time and money! He also handled the permit application and adjustments the city requested to the plan. I would recommend Alex and I would use him again in the future.

I found Cadaxx on Homestars and hesitated to call a company I had never heard of, but did anyhow. (I had been disappointed in the past by various companies referred to me by friends!) Alex and Sonia came over to give me a quote and measure for drawings for my small proposed addition. They went far beyond my expectations. They are completely professional. The communication (which was very important to me) was quick, pleasant, and professional. Alex never hesitated to reply to my many questions/ comments and replied usually within a few hours. Price was reasonable - and a much better option than using an architect (I got quotes from 2 architects which were 3x the cost!)
The architectural drawings are very detailed. The work on my addition has not yet begun; permit just received; however I believe Cadaxx will be there for me if my contractor has questions or needs help. Thank you!
