Very knowledgable, clear, and scientific
Acker Home Inspection put me at ease regarding my 1yr inspection. They were accommodating and up front with what to expect prior to the visit.
During the visit they were very professional and thorough. They provided me both layman and scientific forms of knowledge to adjust to my new homeowner understanding and background.
Little did I know when I mentioned I was having Heating/Cooling issues they would know so much. I was making my own recordings but they had a better method and a form in their toolset I could follow so I could validate what we were experiencing and put it in a quantitative format. That alone was worth the visit for me although I received much more.
