As I accompanied Phil during the inspection, he encouraged questions , provided maintenance tips, and discussed quality of materials and workmanship. Deficiencies found were relayed (electronically) to Randy. Two of those deficiencies were potentially serious. Before they departed I was provided a printed summary of the deficiencies along with suggestions for completing the warranty claim form and more detailed documents with photos were available to me through a secure link.
