Very informative and thorough inspection. Addressed issues that I had noticed and was able to detect multiple defects that I was unable to see. Multiple things on the second level of the exterior that I wouldn't have caught. Phil was great and provided necessary documents to add to our Tarion warranty. Highly recommended
