We live in a condo. And, the water shutoff valves have not worked properly for a long time. We were reluctant to complain because they (the valves) are located behind the walls and we have learnt from experience that bringing in a trade person into the condo is not the most enjoyable thing, specially for such a complicated job.
After having seen Adrian work on the last job in our condo, we decided to go for new valves. Adrian made all the necessary arrangements with the condo management including closing the water flow to the riser.
As before, he was very efficient in doing the job. He was clean, courteous and punctual. We wish all the trade workers were like him.
