I called to see if someone could come the next day to fix a light switch that wasn't wired properly to a new light fixture I'd installed. Turned out they could come that night, and the guy who came was extremely respectful -- even asking if it was okay to check an outlet in the bedroom before he went in. Better yet, when he was checking a switch, a previous contractor's crappy work blew up in his face and he fixed it for me, even though it wasn't his fault.
