We have received such great service from the Finished Basement Company (ISM renobuilbers, management (Igor, Maria, Natalie, Vitaliy and Kyle) and the crew!We now have a beautiful basement. Initially the first call I made to the company was answered immediately, followed by an arrangement for a home visit within the next few days. They were very accommodating and worked happily with our time schedule. We really enjoyed meeting Kyle and Igor. They made discussing the basement plans not only enjoyable, but very clear, straightforward and easy to understand. Natalie and Kyle were always available whether it was over the phone, text, or email. They catered to our time availability and made all their schedules accordingly.Igor, the owner, was very friendly and he designed the basement according to our suggestions while adding his own great ideas in, which better suited our needs. We loved the fact that the employees of Finished Basement Company solely handled the work and that no other subcontractors were involved. Our family, including our dog Abby, loved the construction, electrical, and plumbing teams. All three teams were very professional, efficient and friendly. They worked very hard, managed their time effectively and were able to complete our basement a few days ahead of the targeted completion date.Nick and his team were the friendliest construction crew we have ever come across. They always greeted us with huge smiles.They worked very hard and had a few alterations to the original plan, which made a better and more beautiful basement! Our dog abby misses all your friendly attention. We absolutely love the work you did in our home. Thank you so much Nick and the team!!Roman and his plumbing team were very nice and efficient. Roman discussed the layout of appliances to suit our needs better and allow a more space-saving layout.
