Accurate Home Inspections was very thorough, honest and educated. I felt like I was in very good hands. I appreciated the detailed photos and the fact that I could call within a year for any other concerns I had. I would highly recommend them.

Having recently moved back to Calgary we used Accurate Home Inspection to conduct the inspection our upcoming purchase. We found them via HomeStars. The reviews and their approach was what made us choose them.

Our home inspector was super nice and very well experienced. They took us from the roof and attic all the way down to the basement and gave details all along the way. They were super helpful with any questions we had and very professional. A big plus was the thermal imaging was included in the basic price. A feature other inspectors charged separate. They are fabulous, great communication, and set expectations for my client. They were thorough and knowledgeable. The roof inspection was done with a drone which was pretty cool as they could view every part of the roof accurately. I will definitely recommend and use again for future inspections.

This home inspector was super knowledgeable and very detailed. I walked through the entire house with the inspector and asked a lot of questions. I loved the use of the drone so I could see a 360 degree birds eye view of the roof and exterior of the house. We got a super detailed report with lots of pictures the same day. Definitely will be using this inspector again in the future!

We were able to set up the service quickly. The inspector provided a report that was well written, easy to read and understand. The report was thorough and the inspector found some issues that needed to be fixed. I will be using this service for any future inspections i need.
