The inspector was down to earth, very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The inspector let us know what is normal wear and tear, what to expect etc.
They didn't use "fear" words or catastrophize little problems.
We feel very informed about our new home, we feel very confident that we have all the information we need.

The inspector arrived promptly for the appointment with everything required to inspect the entire property. The use of a drone to review the roof was impressive, allowing for quick access to observe all of the roof. The inspector was incredibly knowledgeable about home construction given their background as a journeyman carpenter and was able to answer all of my questions as well as provide useful tips and information for things I had not considered. I would gladly use their services again for any future purchases.

Very thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, electrical, plumbing, etc.. Encouraged active participation and answered all questions. Thermal camera nice extra touch.
