Accurate Home Inspection

Terra was great, thorough and easy to work with.
We wanted to be involved and there wasn't a problem with us being in the home during the inspection.
Terra had a great attitude and answered all of our questions during the inspection.

This is the second home weve had inspected by Terra and weve been extremely happy with the results both times. Shes thorough and knowledgeable, and has helped us plan out the next few years of potential maintenance needs to help avoid surprises. Would absolutely recommend her for anyones home inspection.

Terra is great, professional, to the point, the report was concise in undertandable terms and she does a thorough inspection. she is also very accomodating with times to talk and review the report.

Terra was prompt and made time to accommodate my late request for an inspection.

Terra took time to answer any questions and also explained the whole process in detail. A couple of value added services like recall checks on appliances, tags for appliance settings and maintenance, detailed explanation of the appliances in yhe mechanical room etc were also nice additions.
