Terra was prompt and made time to accommodate my late request for an inspection.
Terra took time to answer any questions and also explained the whole process in detail. A couple of value added services like recall checks on appliances, tags for appliance settings and maintenance, detailed explanation of the appliances in yhe mechanical room etc were also nice additions.
