I have had multiple inspections on homes purchased over the past 10 years and this was by far the most value I have gotten out of any of them. The inspector was very thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. Aside from the basic service of inspecting the house which was extremely thorough and using things like a FLUR camera for detecting heating leaks, and wiring hotspots to go beyond a visual inspection, the inspector took the time to walk through specific elements such as the type of furnace and how to properly maintain it, etc. It was like getting a user manual with the house - only in person.
