The inspector was on time for the appointment and was prepared with all the necessary tools, (ladders, flashlights, Thermal Camera, etc.). The thermal camera impressed me as to the detail it can provide through the walls and structure of the house. I was provided with a detailed walk-through of the house as they explained what they were looking for, what they expect to see and what is typical of a used home. The issues that were found, the inspector provided a detailed report that is extremely well put together for reference.
